Walt & Alyssa // Lake Cushman Wedding

Oh mercy.  I seriously don't even know where to begin.  How on earth did I get so lucky to meet Walt & Alyssa?  Our first meeting was during their engagement session, where we hiked just over 7 miles to Lake Serene.  We got to know each other pretty well, and I was certain these two were keepers.  I already knew they were avid hikers, and that they were planning a very Pacific Northwest wedding.  But when they started describing all the fine details of their wedding, my heart melted.  I couldn't wait!

So their wedding day rolls around, and I was ecstatic!  The drive to Lake Cushman was beyond beautiful, and the weather was a perfect combination of cloudy skies with peeks of sunshine.  And it wouldn't be a true Pacific Northwest wedding without an actual forest ranger officiating the wedding!  The details of this wedding immediately won me over, and you'll soon see why!  It's obvious these two love and appreciate the outdoors so much, and I am still honored that I was there to photograph their beautiful day!  

Walt & Alyssa, I am SO happy for you guys!  I LOVE my "Pacific Northwest Hiking" book, and I can't wait to go on another adventure with you both!  Until then, I hope you enjoy your wedding preview as much as I do!
